What You'll Be Doing: As a member of our Customer Contact Centre, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.
- Ensuring every interaction leaves our customers feeling valued and supported.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and positive attitude with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential - we provide full training!
