Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Temporary to Permanent)

Location: Ringwood
Salary: 11.55 per hour (or 14.55 per hour for Out of Hours 10pm-8am)
Shift: 8.5-hour shifts (some weekends mandatory)
Hybrid available after training
Start Date: 3rd February

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors with sales experience for a temporary to permanent role in Ringwood. Start date: 3rd February.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and manage accounts
• Handle feedback and ensure service standards are met
• Collaborate across departments to solve issues

Requirements:

• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
