Aspire Jobs are recruiting exclusively on behalf of our client who are a brand-new business. As they grow, they are now looking for an exceptional Office Administrator to support their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role, shape it as the business grows, and truly make it your own. You will be open to learning and whilst you need no experience of digital marketing or design you must be prepared to learn.

This is quite a reactive business which is agile and needs someone who can work within that fast paced culture.

There is the opportunity to travel with the MD (approx. around once a month) to see clients - this could include a overnight stay.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keeping the office running like clockwork, handling admin tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Supporting the owner with day-to-day operations in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Liaising with clients, freelancers and outside suppliers both over the phone and by email
  • Managing schedules, documents, and communications with ease
  • Using MS Office (Word & Excel) to keep everything organised and on track as well as systems such as Xero for accounts
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
