CMA Recruitment Group is thrilled to be exclusively partnering with our client in Ringwood, Hampshire, to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk for their expanding finance team.

Due to an internal move, our client is seeking an experienced professional to join them on a permanent basis. In this standalone role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable process, working closely with the finance team and reporting directly to the Finance Manager. What will the Purchase Ledger Assistant involve?

  • Processing supplier invoices and obtaining approval.
  • Be responsible for the ledger, ensuring all invoices are paid in a prompt manner.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Processing expenses and company credit cards.
  • Preparation of payments runs.
  • Opportunity to support with an implementation of PO system and streamline AP processes.

Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger Assistant vacancy:

  • Previous end to end accounts payable experience.
  • Working in a high-volume environment processing large volumes of invoices.
  • High attention to detail with good administrative abilities.
  • The autonomy to manage your own workload.
