Customer Relationship Advisor

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Salary: £30k-£40k DOE + Benefits + Company Profit Share
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full time

Customer Relationship Advisor - The Role:

We are looking for a customer relationship advisor (known as a locality supervisor), this is both office based and customer facing. There will be frequent visits to customer locations across Hampshire.

You will be the main point of contact for customers and will liaise between the IT support and projects teams internally on behalf of the customer, to support customer IT requirements.

Customer Relationship Advisor - Skills & Experience:

In this role you will be managing the relationships with our customers.

Administration skills,
Strong communication skills both written and verbal,
Previous experience building customer relationships,
Basic working knowledge of IT

This role is subject to a clear standard DBS check being received. You will need a full driving license and your own vehicle to travel to customer sites (Mileage will be paid).
