An exciting opportunity has become available for you to join a specialist services provider based in Ringwood as an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis, offering a hybrid working pattern and a salary between £26,000 and £28,000.
You will be reporting to the Finance Manager and work as part of a friendly, close knit finance team.
As an Accounts Assistant, your duties will include:
- Monitoring the purchase and sales ledgers and allocation of payments.
- Reconciling bank accounts and statements.
- Support the team manager in preparing monthly reports and year end accounts.
- Ad hoc project based finance tasks when required.
- General finance admin tasks to ensure the smooth running of the finance function.
The suitable candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
- Previous experience within a similar Accounts Assistant role.
- Strong ability to effectively organise workload.
- Key attention to detail, confidentiality and methodical.
