My client is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary, a profit-shared bonus scheme, and a balanced work schedule with no weekend shifts. Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct routine maintenance and vehicle inspections.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues.
- Perform repairs to manufacturer and customer specifications.
- Utilise diagnostic equipment to ensure vehicle functionality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers about repair suggestions and maintenance advice.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications are preferred (e.g., NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance, City & Guilds, BTEC).
- Competitive salary of IRO £32,500 per year.
