About theSenior Analyst, FP&A role: 

As our Senior Analyst, FP&A, you will help to drive profitable growth for the European business by providing business partnership to all the European Marketing team. The successful candidate will also drive the long-term profitability of the business through business data intelligence, while pursuing opportunities which will deliver profitable growth and thus ensuring delivery against strategic regional initiatives.

The key responsibilities of our Senior Analyst, FP&A will include:

  • Establish and improve reporting and KPI systems which allow the marketing team to gain timely insights into the performance of the business.
  • Partner with the European Marketing Team to identify opportunities to drive profitable business growth via projects aiming to launch new products as well as restaging existing products
  • Deliver against ad hoc requests and projects from a variety of cross-functional business partners, including Global Supply Chain leadership and Country Managers
  • Manage the P&L and monthly reporting procedures, providing commentary and insights into the business performance.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the business, partnering with budget holders and presenting the outcomes

Previous experience / knowledge required of our Senior Analyst, FP&A:

  • Bachelor’s university business degree, accounting qualification or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel / Powerpoint)
  • Strong experience of working to deadlines
