CNC Mill-Turn

Elevation Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a precision engineering company in Ripley to recruit skilled CNC Mill-Turn machinists.Location: RipleySalary: £34,415.16 - £40,884.48Shift: Day shifts (early finish on Fridays)OR Day & Night shifts (33% Shift allowance on Nights)Overtime available

Role:Skilled CNC Mill-Turn producing complex components across a range of materials including nickel alloys, stainless steel, titanium, and carbon steels. Responsibilities:

• Machining complex parts to strict quality standards
• Programming, setting, and operating machining centers for both milling and turning operations, including proving new programmes
• Maintaining a high level of housekeeping
• Ensuring adherence to route cards
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Using workshop measuring equipment

Requirements:

• Level 3 Apprenticeship (or higher) in a relevant discipline
• Experience in a precision machining environment
• Familiarity with Mazak controls (Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain is beneficial)
