CNC Turner Programmer

One of our clients is actively seeking skilled CNC Turner to join their existing team in Ripley. This role involves working on high-quality, complex parts made from a variety of materials. The position offers a challenging and rewarding experience.

Key Responsibilities for the CNC Turner Programmer:

- Minimum of 3 years in a precision machining role as a CNC Turner

- Proven experience in setting, operating and programming on CNC turning machines from scratch.

- Experience with multiple control systems like Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain or Mazak.

- Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings.

- Experienced with metals like nickel alloys, stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, and carbon steel.

- Apprenticeship trained, time served, NVQ level 3, or higher.

- Experience in relevant industries such as nuclear, power generation, or aerospace.

- Demonstrated ability to work to high precision tolerances.

- Skilled in working with a wide range of materials.
