Are you a confident and friendly communicator who has a keen eye for detail?

If so, you may be who we are looking for to support our client in their Dispatch team.Full time, based in the heart of Derbyshire with free on site parking. 

They supply B2B to wide range of customers, so we are looking for a focussed and enthusiastic individual to support the team. 

Duties to include:

  • Order entry, setting up & maintaining customer pricing.
  • Liaising with a small portfolio of customers to keep them informed of product releases, order ETAs etc.
  • Creating accurate daily stock feeds using excel.
  • Handling relevant customer service enquiries as holiday cover.
  • Taking part in bi-weekly virtual meetings with customers to make sure we are all on track with the same goals.
  • General admin and processing support for the Direct Despatch team.
  • Review any lines which are being discontinued and propose suitable replacements.
