Job Description:
We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced FLT Counterbalance/Reach Drivers to join our client's team. You will play a vital role in the efficient movement of materials within their busy warehouse. This role offers the opportunity for VNA license conversion training, allowing you to expand your skillset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
- Precisely move raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.
- Handle and maneuver shelving units up to 11 meters in height.
- Accurately load and unload deliveries.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Valid and accredited Reach and Counterbalance forklift license/certificate.
- Essential: Must possess a D2 Reach certificate as this covers heights exceeding 8 meters.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) man-up trucks is highly desirable.
- Willingness to undertake VNA license conversion training.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive pay rate of £12.35 per hour.
- £50 weekly shift allowance* for PM shift (after a 12-week qualifying period).

Working Hours:
- Rotating shift pattern:
- Week 1: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
- Week 2: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
