Key role and responsibilities for FLT Reach / Counterbalance
- Supply parts to production lines to ensure continuous operation.
- Coordinate and execute smooth changeovers to minimise downtime.
- Manage goods receipt and dispatch, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Load and unload materials and parts as required.
- Perform general FLT duties to support the production and logistics team.
Shifts:
- One-week rotation:
- Morning: 06:00 to 14:30, Monday to Friday
- Afternoon: 13:30 to 22:00, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:
- Pay rate: 12.35 per hour
- Shift Pay: 50.00 per week for afternoon shifts
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licenses(Reach and Counterbalance)
- Experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
