- Offer guidance on HR policies, processes, and compliance with employment law.
- Manage employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Partner with managers to develop job descriptions and person specifications.
- Support performance management processes, probation reviews, and appraisals.
- Assist in the development of training programmes and deliver HR-related workshops.
- Advise on pay, benefits, and administer employee benefits programmes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
- Promote organisational culture and change initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law.
- Demonstrable experience handling complex employee relations issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Resilience, integrity, and a proactive mindset.
- Organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- A flexible, positive team player who can work independently.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
