- Handle a variety of private client matters, including wills, lasting powers of attorney (LPAs), probate, and Court of Protection applications.
- Take responsibility for client meetings, offering expert advice and guidance.
- Draft, update, and produce wills and LPAs, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Inspect properties and conduct necessary research related to probate matters.
- Provide ongoing support, offering clients peace of mind and clarity throughout the process.
- 3 Years + PQE in private client law, with specific experience in will writing and LPA preparation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clients are clearly informed and supported.
- High-level IT proficiency for managing client matters and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, able to work quickly and accurately under deadlines.
