We are proud to be working with this thriving and successful business - they have a fleet of 100+ vehicles, and manage over 7000 movements of heavy plant equipment across the UK each year. They are looking for an experienced Specialist Haulage Planner to join their Transport Team.

Salary is £45,000 per annum. 21 days holiday plus BH’s, Private Healthcare & Pension.

Hours of work 7.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (50 hours per week)

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Obtaining permits and approvals for transporting oversized cargo
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards
  • Conducting regular audits
  • Liaising with customers and colleagues, ensuring operations run smoothly
  • Dealing with any infringements

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in a similar role (Oversized, Heavy Plant, and out-of-gauge cargo)
  • Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance
  • Strong geographical knowledge of routes and driver regulations in the UK
  • Enjoys working under pressure and to tight deadlines
