This is a field-based role covering the Northeast - Derby to Scotland, including Rotherham, Doncaster, Leeds, Hull, York, Bradford, Middlesbrough, Durham, Sunderland, and Newcastle.

About theProduct and Compliance Trainer role:

We are seeking a dedicated Product and Compliance Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive training and support across all product categories and industry segments through a structured training program. Your primary goal will be to ensure that both end users and distributors are fully trained on the SC Johnson Professional product range for their market sector, with regular updates to the training programs.

The key responsibilities of our Product and Compliance Trainer will include:

  • Deliver training across all product categories, working with a structured training program and CPD accreditation.
  • Create sales opportunities by fostering customer loyalty, working with distributor sales teams and targeted end users.
  • Represent SC Johnson Professional at industry events such as conferences and study days.

Previous experience / knowledge required of our Product and Compliance Trainer :

  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Self-starter with the ability to work remotely
  • Knowledge of Infection Prevention & Control (desirable)

Competencies, behaviors and aptitudes required of our Product and Compliance Trainer :

  • Well organized with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to earn the trust and confidence of others through honesty, integrity, and transparency
  • The ability to work well within a team
