What You Will Do:

• Lead the R&D strategy, working closely with sales, development teams, and external partners.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.

• Engage with academic and industry partners for the co-delivery of R&D objectives and commercial testing.
• Prepare and present technical materials, reports, and product documentation.
• Coordinate sales planning and product release with the wider team.

What You Will Bring:

• A degree-level qualification and at least 3 years of experience in product/project management or R&D.
• Proven ability to manage projects successfully, on time and to budget.
• Experience in technology development or the agriculture/aquaculture sector is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
