We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Administrator to enhance administrative efficiency within our sales department. This role involves supporting the team by maintaining accurate reports, processing sales and stock orders, and handling receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will be a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to all sales processes.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process sales invoices and handle all sales administration tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing sales support.
  • Process and manage sales and stock orders efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to complete the sales process.
  • Ensure strict adherence to sales order processes and dealer and manufacturer standards.
  • Assist in stock control, including the management of loan, hire, and demo equipment.
  • Register new equipment.
  • Maintain an organised and methodical approach to ensure precision in the sales admin process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
  • Familiarity with dealer business systems and related software programmes.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a strong drive for task completion.
  • Ability to create, analyse, and interpret various reports.
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understanding of specific processes required for individual manufacturers.
  • Flexible attitude and pragmatic approach to workload and duties.
