Finance Administrator

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process purchase ledger invoices.
  • Assist in daily cash posting.
  • Perform reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Conduct data entry tasks.
  • Handle internal and external account queries.
  • File invoices and statements efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Some experience in finance administration is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
