- A leading facilities management provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Head Chef for a permanent contract catering operation in Ripon.
- The role offers a salary of £30,388 per annum, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 as per rota.
- The Head Chef will manage the chef brigade while also working independently when necessary.
- Candidates must have a minimum of a level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and knowledge of food allergens, along with the ability to follow meal preparation specifications.
- Working hours will be between 6am and 8pm, with some weekend work required.
You will manage the chef brigade but be expected to work independently as and when required. It is crucial that you are comfortable following spec lists for meal preparation and are fully understanding of all relevant health & safety food hygiene requirements. With this in mind you must have a Food Hygiene Certificate minimum level 2 and Food Allergens.
You will be contracted to a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week with some weekend work required. Hours of work will be between 6am and 8pm.
