- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and bread to the highest standard.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to design and execute stunning dessert menus.
- Maintain the 2 Rosette standard of food quality and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety regulations in the pastry section.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory for the pastry kitchen.
- Contribute to new menu ideas, showcasing creativity and flair in pastry design.
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a fine dining or Rosette-awarded kitchen.
- Passion for creating innovative and beautifully presented desserts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Desire to learn and grow within a progressive kitchen environment.
- Ability to work well within a team and support the overall kitchen operation.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
