Role Summary

The Managing Director will oversee all aspects of development, from fully funded initiatives to intricate details. This allows our clients to focus on their core business while our client expertly handles the execution and completion. As a key leadership position with a clear path to CEO, the Managing Director champions eco-friendly, commercially viable, and energy-efficient developments delivered with exceptional efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of development projects, ensuring high-quality, sustainable, and timely delivery.

Drive business growth through strategic partnerships with public sector entities and leading blue-chip organisations.

Oversee the design, planning, legal, and contractual aspects of development projects.

Pioneer the adoption of new technologies and innovative funding models.

Maintain the highest standards of professional expertise and industry knowledge within the team.

Ensure projects are delivered in less than half the time of traditional build projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Serve as a hands-on visual leader, embodying the company’s values and commitment to excellence.

Prepare to progress into the CEO role, ensuring a smooth transition and continued growth of the company.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience in public sector procurement, property development, and commercial building planning.

Extensive knowledge and expertise in financial funding, including innovative funding models.

Significant expertise in property law and legals.

Expertise in the day to day running of a development company, upto date with HR matters and legal requirements for staff members.

Experience with initial client engagement through to delivery of the project, running and co-ordinating client meetings, understanding client requirements.

Understanding marketing initiatives and targeting marketing campaigns.

Construction – Proven track record in the delivery of complex projects, historical knowledge of construction costs, experience and understanding of different forms of construction, project management/co-ordination experience.

Demonstrated success in a full business leadership role with a hands-on approach.

Exceptional ability to manage complex real estate projects from conception to completion.
