The Day to Day:- Contact potential customers via telephone, email, or social media to generate interest and sell our products.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and database systems.
- Attend events and networking opportunities to maximise business opportunities.
- Manage both incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Engage prospective customers through outbound calls, introducing our products and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, keeping them informed about new releases and offers.
- Confidence in using IT systems, including MS Office 365, with a working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation with the ability to adapt/respond.
