What We're Looking For:

We need someone who can hit the ground running and bring their A-game to our team. Please note, if you don't have relevant experience, we won't be able to proceed:

  • FMCG experience is an absolute must - bonus points if you've worked in alcohol or brewery sales!
  • Knowledge of on-trade customers and how to manage them effectively. ( MUST )
  • Proven customer management skills - negotiation and selling are second nature to you.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L and Gross Profit.
  • A passion for results - you live for smashing targets.
  • A history of business development success, especially in opening new accounts.
  • The ability to create and review customer business plans with clear sales and profit objectives.
  • Tenacity and determination - you're not afraid to go after what you want.
  • Experience working within a challenger business is a huge plus.
  • Presentation, negotiation, and listening skills that make you a standout communicator.
  • IT literate with a knack for decision-making and analytics.
What You'll Be Doing:

As a Sales Account Manager, your role will be vital in growing our business. You'll be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining ongoing customer business plans, focusing on account sales, profit objectives, and marketing support.
  • Motivating and managing route to market customers to increase business and drive brand reach.
  • Delivering on Company KPIs and your own targets by conducting effective commercial negotiations.
  • Supporting the Head of Sales in implementing new business strategies and developing a pool of leads in the region.
  • Building productive relationships both internally and externally, ensuring customer issues are dealt with promptly to maximize opportunities.
  • Gathering and sharing competitor insights and market intelligence to leverage every commercial opportunity.
  • Managing your customer contact strategy with CRM tools for efficient call frequency, journey planning, and account management.
  • Balancing deals and initiatives to ensure a win-win for the customer and the company, with profit at the heart of every decision.
  • Forecasting sales and profit for your customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintaining high standards in customer management, showing professionalism in all aspects of account handling.
