Are you an experienced Vehicle Sales Executive looking for a new challenge within the automotive industry, where you will be rewarded for the hard work that you put in? As part of the role you will work closely with the Product Specialist to ensure that the customer buying process is seamless, discussing purchasing arrangements and making sure that the customer is happy with their vehicle of choice. You'll need to be a driven team player who is passionate about always striving to provide 5* customer service to anyone that they deal with and you'll possess natural rapport building skills and selling techniques in order to achieve the best results.  As Vehicle Sales Executive your duties will be:  
  • Having a flexible sales approach to suit each individual customers' needs.
  • Encouraging test drives via the Product Specialist to increase the customers' excitement in the potential purchase of their new vehicle.
  • Discussing payment methods and finance options to secure sales, achieving the best result for all parties.
  • Offering an exceptional after sales service by following up with customers to ensure that they are happy with their purchase.
  • Building long lasting relationships with customers to promote future business.
  • Planning daily sales activity to generate new business.
  • Participating in training to increase business and for personal development
 Skills / qualities you will need to possess in order to be successful:
  • Self-motivated personality with the drive to achieve great results.
  • Ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to naturally build rapport.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Adaptable approach with a positive mindset to change.
  • Proficient using IT systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
