  • Providing face to face customer service.
  • Dealing with outbound and inbound calls.

  • Provide support for vulnerable customers.
  • Recommend relevant products to customers.

The Key Requirements of the Customer Service Representative

  • Customer facing experience within hospitality, retail or office based roles.
  • Ability to actively listen to customer needs.
