Are you a reliable Production Operative looking for a Monday to Friday day shift working pattern and based locally to Ripon? If so, we have the opportunity that you've been looking for! Impression Recruitment are delighted to be working with a reputable and growing business in their search for a Production Operative. You will join a welcoming close-knit team in operating machinery to mark and customise products, ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly and promptly, ready for despatch. Key responsibilities:

Operating machinery to mark products.
Monitoring production to keep things running efficiently.
Ensuring the work is precise, consistent, and accurate.
Troubleshooting and fix any problems with the machines.
Following all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Performing regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
An enthusiastic approach to helping with other adhoc duties as required.

Skills required:

Previous experience within a production / warehouse setting.
Ability to work in a manual role on your feet for the day.
Keen eye for attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and safety rules.
Good communication skills and a team player.

Benefits:

Salary of £26,325 per annum.
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm working pattern, no nights or weekends.
