  • Work closely with hiring managers to craft detailed job descriptions and compelling job adverts to attract top candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential talent, ensuring a robust talent pool for quick vacancy fulfilment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update recruitment strategies in collaboration with the HR Manager, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Create and refine job descriptions and adverts, working alongside hiring managers to ensure accuracy and appeal.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening CVs to arranging interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, system setups, and induction coordination.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support, including documentation management, investigation participation, and assistance with HR meetings and exit interviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Proficiency with HR systems and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above is desirable but not essential.
