Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and update recruitment strategies in collaboration with the HR Manager, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Create and refine job descriptions and adverts, working alongside hiring managers to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening CVs to arranging interviews and negotiating offers.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, system setups, and induction coordination.
- Provide comprehensive HR support, including documentation management, investigation participation, and assistance with HR meetings and exit interviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Proficiency with HR systems and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- CIPD Level 3 or above is desirable but not essential.
