Working for a firm of Chartered Accountants this is a varied role which will offer support towards both AAT and ACA.
The role will include;
- Supporting the team preparing accounts and business tax returns for sole trader, partnerships and limited companies
- Record and analyse data provided by clients, including bank reconciliations, data input to spreadsheets
- Using bookkeeping software including Sage, Xero and Quickbooks
- Assistance with preparation of VAT Returns
We are looking for;
- Experience of working in an accountancy practice and/or book keeping
- Consideration will be given to A-level or graduate trainees.
- Able to work with confidence following instructions
- Attention to detail and with ability to work accurately and quickly
- Confident in using excel
- Desire to learn and develop
- Enjoys working as part of a team and assisting others
