Job Title: Team Administrator
Salary Range: £30,000 - £37,500 DOE
Performance-Related Bonus: Up to 7% of annual salary
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday-Thursday: 9am-5pm, Friday: 9am-3:45pm)
Place of Work: Office-based 5 days per week
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

As a Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting their commercial property management team and ensuring operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
As theTeam Administrator, you will:
- Provide essential administrative support to the busy commercial property management team.
- Prepare accurate documents, reports, occupational agreements, and correspondence.
- Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems, including archiving and operational schedules.
- Liaise with tenants, local authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Organise internal and external meetings, attend where required, and take minutes.
- Handle enquiries via phone and company mailboxes, forwarding actions as needed.
- Assist other teams, such as Land and Planning, with administrative tasks.
- Oversee general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing post, and welcoming visitors.
What They’re Looking For:
To excel as the Team Administrator, you should possess:
- Previous office administration experience, ideally in a property or a professional services environment.
- Proficiency with IT tools, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), Adobe Pro, and preferably Mail Manager. You MUST be proficient with Excel especially.
- Exceptional communication and numeracy skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads, take initiative, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- A professional, confident, and enthusiastic demeanour, with the ability to build strong relationships.
