Head of Passive Fire

Location: Risley

Salary: 55 - 70,000 + Benefits

My client who is based in Risley is seeking a Head of Passive Fire to join their team. They are looking for candidates who will be responsible for leading and developing our passive fire division, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Daily Duties

Develop and implement strategies for the growth and development of the passive fire division.

Manage a P&L of circa 3m.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practice.

Provide technical guidance and support to the team.

Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Manage and mentor a team of passive fire engineers.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration and efficiency.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Proven experience in a senior role within the passive fire industry.

Extensive knowledge of passive fire protection systems and regulations.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.

Experience in project management and delivery.

Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.

Degree or equivalent qualification in fire safety, engineering, or a related field.

Certifications in passive fire protection would be advantageous.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Full UK driving license
