Inpost/Menzies Distribution – Warrington

Inpost/Menzies Distribution is currently seeking two dedicated and experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to join our team in Warrington. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient handling of parcels, ensuring operational targets are met while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality. Working closely with the operational team, you will help drive performance, manage the smooth throughput of parcels, and support your team in achieving their daily objectives.

Role Details:

  • Location: Inpost, 14 Clayton Road, Risley, WA3 6NH
  • Shift Pattern: Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday
  • Hours: 16:00 - 02:00
  • Salary: £24,731.20 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a warehouse team, ensuring effective parcel handling, sorting, and scanning
  • Manage and monitor the throughput of parcels to ensure operational targets are met
  • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
  • Train and develop new team members to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures
  • Support the shift manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company policies and health & safety standards
