In this role, you will handle technical enquiries, working closely with the Technical Support Team Leader to solve challenges and develop a platform for sharing knowledge. What You’ll Do
As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will help ensure the highest levels of customer service and team performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing technical enquiries from both internal teams and customers to improve service and satisfaction.
- Analysing technical data through a remote support system to find ways to improve engineer performance.
- Working with the team leader to solve more complex issues.
- Supporting the remote diagnostic system and helping to develop it further for a sustainable future.
- Building in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and using that knowledge to provide effective support.
- Communicating with customers and colleagues using various methods, including phone, video calls, and remote tools, to resolve enquiries.
- Collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to provide excellent technical support.
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, has strong technical skills, and works well in a team. You should have:
- Engineering qualifications, such as NVQ or City & Guilds, along with practical engineering experience.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Confidence using IT systems and analysing data to create detailed reports.
- A team-focused attitude and the ability to work closely with others.
- A proactive mindset to identify and suggest improvements.
- Flexibility to travel within the UK when required.
- A full UK driving license.
