Optimise by Recruitment is excited to partner with a global organisation known for innovation and excellence. We’re looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in providing outstanding technical support in their after-sales department.

In this role, you will handle technical enquiries, working closely with the Technical Support Team Leader to solve challenges and develop a platform for sharing knowledge. This is a great opportunity to combine your technical skills with problem-solving abilities to improve customer experiences and contribute to the success of a leading brand.

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will help ensure the highest levels of customer service and team performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing technical enquiries from both internal teams and customers to improve service and satisfaction.
  • Analysing technical data through a remote support system to find ways to improve engineer performance.
  • Working with the team leader to solve more complex issues.
  • Supporting the remote diagnostic system and helping to develop it further for a sustainable future.
  • Building in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and using that knowledge to provide effective support.
  • Communicating with customers and colleagues using various methods, including phone, video calls, and remote tools, to resolve enquiries.
  • Collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to provide excellent technical support.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, has strong technical skills, and works well in a team. You should have:

  • Engineering qualifications, such as NVQ or City & Guilds, along with practical engineering experience.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Confidence using IT systems and analysing data to create detailed reports.
  • A team-focused attitude and the ability to work closely with others.
  • A proactive mindset to identify and suggest improvements.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK when required.
  • A full UK driving license.
