Our Client has a requirement for an EC&I Test Engineer, who will be required to work on a contract basis in either Warrington or Cumbria
Job Role Responsibilities:
Working closely with engineering, design, and development teams to identify, document, and troubleshoot issues in control systems across various platforms. The Test Engineer will design test plans, generate test specifications, execute testing procedures, identify and diagnose faults, and provide solutions where possible, to ensure all works meet relevant industry regulations and client specifications/requirements
Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
- Test planning and execution
- System validation
- Troubleshooting and disagnostic
- Documentation and reporting
- Compliance and Safety
- Proficiency in control systems, embedded systems, and related hardware/software; experience with PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus).
