The business has huge potential to achieve more, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced chef to help us take the business to the next level
As Head Chef you will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring that excellent quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards are met, all ordering, maintaining a profitable and as waste free kitchen as possible, overseeing the maintenance of the all kitchen equipment and ensuring our customers are happy with the food served.
This is a very hands on role, with a small kitchen team; you will be expected to lead by example in all aspects of the kitchen including cleaning and pot wash
40 hours a week, over 5 days
28 days (pro rate ) holiday a year
Company pension
Salary £32-35,000 depending on experience
