We are currently working with a Secondary Academy in East Sussex who are looking for a qualified Maths Teacher to join their school ASAP on a full-time basis from January.

 The Role

In this role you will be teaching Maths across KS3 & KS4 and should have a good understanding of GCSE maths. You will be joining a supportive Maths department and planning will be available to adapt as required for your students. You will be involved in some assessments for students and guidance will be provided by the department for this.

The school are looking for a Maths teacher with the following:

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
  • Maths Specialism
  • A proactive and engaging teaching approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to people at all levels
