Job Description: Loading Bay OperativeWe are seeking experienced loading bay operatives to work with our client based in Robertsbridge.Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 07:00 to 17:00 Pay: From £13.50 per hourThe Role:As an experienced warehouse operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

Safely and efficiently loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
Ensuring the correct placement of goods in the loading bay and securing loads in the vehicles.
Conducting inventory checks and reporting any discrepancies.
Assisting with maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment, value teamwork, and are detail-oriented. Full training will be provided.About You:

Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including heavy lifting.
Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience is essential.
