Description
- Process, verify, and reconcile invoices and expense reports.
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepare payments by accruing expenses and assigning account numbers.
- Resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation.
- Report account transactions by entering account information.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Previous experience working in either Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or similar Accounts Assistant role
- A strong understanding and knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
