Michael Page are recruiting for a dedicated Accounts Assistant who is proficient in managing financial records and providing a supportive role in the Accounting & Finance department.

Description

The key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
  • Updating and maintaining accounting journals and ledgers
  • Assisting in the processing of invoices and expense forms
  • Supporting the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations
  • Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
