Description
The key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
- Updating and maintaining accounting journals and ledgers
- Assisting in the processing of invoices and expense forms
- Supporting the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc accounting tasks
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- AAT qualified or working towards professional qualification
- Excellent numerical skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach to work
- Good team-working skills
- The ability to work well under pressure

Job Offer
