Your new company Hays are proud to beworking with a not for profit organisation in Greater Manchester looking for aFinance Officer - Purchase Ledger on temp to perm contract. Your new roleYou willbe responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger, including:
- Processing invoices
- Dealing with suppliersand chasing refunds
- Supplier statementsreconciliations
- Preparing BACSpayments
- Support the widerfinance team with administration and financial processes
What you'll need to succeedYou will have:
- Proven experience in an purchase ledger role,preferably within the public or not for profit sector.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS OfficeSuite.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention todetail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
- Strong communication skills
