Job Description
Main responsibilities will be:
- Maintain monthly and quarterly bookkeeping records to ensure financial information is up-to-date
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns to HMRC.
- Preparation and submission of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns to HMRC.
- Liaising directly with clients and resolving queries.
- Practice Experience as a Junior Accountant or Accounts Assistant.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using IRIS Accounts Production and Sage advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively; able to meet deadlines on a daily basis while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity throughout the year.
