Pay: 140-165 per day, opportunity to go permanent

Inclusion Manager - role and responsibilities:
Ensure the schools behaviour policy is managed effectively and supports all pupils, including those with SEMH/SEND.
Develop and monitor personalised behaviour support plans for pupils in collaboration with other members of staff.
Support the development of individualised interventions for students at risk of exclusion, ensuring appropriate support is in place to help them.
Track and monitor pupil behaviour patterns.
Work closely with parents/carers to ensure a consistent approach to behaviour at home and in school.
Support the leadership team in the development of a school culture that promotes inclusion, emotional well-being, and positive behaviour.
