Our client in Rochdale is seeking 4 Class 1 HGV Drivers (Cat C+E) for both day and night shifts, with a focus on reliability and professionalism.
The salary for day shifts is £16.81 per hour, while night shifts pay £17.93 per hour, with higher rates for weekends.
Candidates should have a minimum of 12 months experience in a C+E role to meet insurance requirements.
Applicants must hold a valid C&E Driving licence and a DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of Professional Competence.
Experience in general haulage or retail is advantageous but not essential.

Monday to Friday & Weekends

Our client is looking for reliable and professional drivers to join their team. We need 4 drivers to join their team (2 on days and 2 on nights) This is a family run general haulage business and their reputation for professionalism is criitcal and they understand the the drivers are the key customer facing part of the team.

Agency work for a leading distributor. Working from Rochdale

Days £16.81phr

Nights £17.93phr

* Saturday £19.05phr

* Sunday £21.29 phr

Rates are PAYE including holiday pay (for rates accruing holiday pay, please contact us)

Experience in general haulage or retail would be advantageous but not essential. Here is the criteria the client is looking for to meet insurance criteria:-

- Hold a valid C&E Driving licence

- DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card

- Min of 12 months experience in C+E role (for insurance purposes)

- Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules

- Health & Safety awareness
