Temporary to Permanent Position

We are currently seeking a highly efficient and motivated New Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at a large distribution company in Rochdale. Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities through various channels and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline to maximise potential opportunities.
  • Coordinate appointments for the Managing Director with prospective clients.
  • Handle any queries related to HM Customs.
  • Enter collections and deliveries into our in-house systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and phone.
  • Provide support to the Office Manager with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Prior experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Confident and articulate in communicating over the phone.
  • Strong administrative abilities.
