The Opportunity

The Junior Digital Marketing Manager will join a tightknit and commerical marketing team of 7. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, this role will have a strong focus on campaign analysis, compiling data and commerical insights. The Junior Digital Marketing Manager will be a key part of the team when it comes to project managing localising of digital campaigns, driving commerical success and customer aquisition across digital advertising, social, website, email and e-commerce. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute strategies to engage consumers across all digital touchpoints including digital advertising, social media, website, email, and e-commerce.
  • Lead social media platforms management as well as SEO and influencer strategies.
  • Promote the brand values, creative ideas, and content strategy in digital marketing and social media channels to support business goals and growth plans.
  • Be part of the omnichannel team to align marketing & sales digital investments at e-commerce partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management, preferably from the FMCG or consumer sector.
  • Proficient user of social media and marketing software.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
