Appointed Person £45,000-£50,000 + Training + Pension Plan + Mon-FriMiddleton (Commutable from Manchester/Oldham/Rochdale)Are you an Appointed Person with proven experience within the lifting industry and an in-depth knowledge of CAD looking for to join one of the leading machinery relocation companies in the UK offering great training in a Mon-Fri, office-based role?On offer is the exciting opportunity to join a lucrative, family run company that has been established for over 55 years and is looking to grow and expand its team. This company operates in machine removal and heavy machine lifting and works with an array of blue-chip companies such as Rolls Royce and BAE Systems, as well as working within several industries such as manufacturing, construction and automotive, meaning that there is never a boring day!In this varied role, you will be working in the office Monday to Friday from 8.00-17.00, you will mainly be creating lift plants using AutoCAD to detail the layout and calculate load calculations, you will also be producing Method Statements and Risk Assessments that will be distributed to a range of companies throughout the UK. You will be working as part of a team and managing a variety of different projects; therefore, management and organisational skills are essential, occasionally the role will require travel to sites where the company will provide a vehicle.This role is ideal for an Appointed Person with a background in CAD looking to step into a senior position within a well-established company that offers a variety of training in a Mon-Fri office-based role.The Role:
- Creating Lift Plants, Method Statements and RAMS
- Project Management
- Monday-Friday
The Person:
- Proven experience in Lift Plants
- Background in CAD (AutoCAD)
- Full UK Clean Driving Licence (Desirable)
