Are you a Technical / Engineering / Projects Manager, looking to join a leading engineering business, where you will enjoy a highly varied, autonomous role and have real impact on best process and day to day running's of the technical & projects department?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing technical delivery of design projects from cradle to grave. There will also be excellent opportunities to progress into more senior roles.

The company are a leading manufacturer of heavy machinery for a range of industries. They have done extremely well over the past years and now need a technical / engineering / projects manager due to your predecessor being promoted.

This is an autonomous role where you will have direct oversight over the technical design and projects department. You will be involved in continuous improvements of best process and will plan workflow for the manufacturing teams.
The role would suit a technical or engineering or projects manager, with a machinery background and design / onsite projects experience.

The Role:

• Technical Engineering Manager
• Manage workflow for design and manufacturing
• Oversee project delivery from cradle to grave
• Look at way to improve best process
• £55,000 to £65,000 with OTE £75k

The Person:

• Technical background
• Solidworks or design package experience
• Machinery background
