Our client is a vibrant, forward-thinking, and driven building contractor. They have established themselves as a reputable entity, specialising in a comprehensive range of construction, housing and refurbishment contracts for both public and private clients.

Operating across a wide range of sectors including Leisure, Housing, Industrial, Commercial, Retail, and Education, undertaking contracts up to 10m, they offer a professional approach throughout every phase of the project, from design and pre-construction to construction and aftercare.

They are now looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their business.

Duties to include:

  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of bids and presentations, ensuring timely completion of pre-qualification questionnaires
  • Organize and chair pre-construction team meetings to facilitate the bid process.
  • Draft and review bid submission content, ensuring timely submission and full compliance with requirements.
  • Ensure all proposals are professionally formatted and adhere to company brand standards, customer specifications, and internal quality guidelines.
  • Coordinate clarification queries, communicate with the client, and track responses.
  • Coordinate the production of handover packs for mobilization and operational teams, covering all aspects of the operational solution and key contractual details.
  • Oversee the creation of company presentations for interviews and business-to-business engagements.
  • Produce case studies upon project completion.
  • Maintain an up-to-date internal bid library and PQQ bibliography with details on current experience, case studies, questions and answers, and company information.
  • Assist in developing external marketing materials for the company.
  • Attend site visits throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead on quality aspects during tender launches, mid-tender reviews, and tender settlements.
