Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of projects within TJ Refrigeration, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with various departments, clients, and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Budget Management: Prepare project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and managing expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to ensure minimal disruption to project progress.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle, ensuring all work meets industry and company standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, including project status, risks, and financial health, for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the refrigeration, HVAC, or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the refrigeration/HVAC industry is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
